Lecturer (Advertising / Digital Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Lecturer in Advertising and Digital Marketing to design and deliver engaging curriculum that bridges theory and industry practice. You will create lesson plans, learning activities and assessments that align with module outcomes while incorporating active learning and real‑world contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop lessons, resources and assessments for advertising and digital marketing modules.
• Apply appropriate pedagogies and technologies to facilitate content learning and knowledge application.
• Participate in professional development, industry collaborations and applied projects.
• Organise learning journeys, educational programmes, events and other enrichment activities for students.
• Lead the planning, execution and analysis of integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand experience.
• Develop advertising strategies, monitor ROI and performance targets, and use data‑driven insights to guide creative direction.
• Oversee artistic development across photography, illustration, film, motion graphics and web‑based content.
• Manage and mentor a creative team of art directors, designers and photographers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong background in advertising strategy, performance analysis and creative development.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and motivating adult and youth learners.
• Excellent planning, coordination and organisational abilities with capacity to handle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience using social media content management systems.
• Knowledge of marketing automation software.
