Lecturer – Business Administration (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

As a Lecturer in Business Administration, you will deliver high‑quality teaching and facilitate learning for students while nurturing their professional growth. The position is a two‑year contract based at ITE College West.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials and assessments in Business Administration topics.
• Lead industry or consultancy projects to keep curriculum relevant and maintain strong links with industry partners.
• Participate in regular industry attachments to update personal skills, knowledge and professional practices.
• Contribute to student development activities and mentorship programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to teach at least two of the listed subject areas.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and industry engagement.
