Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Computing & Data Science

About the role

The College of Computing and Data Science at Nanyang Technological University seeks dynamic individuals to join as Lecturer or Senior Lecturer. You will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, and research in a vibrant, research‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual lectures for undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve curricula, course outlines, and assessment tools.
• Manage course administration, including coordination, evaluation, and student counselling.
• Prepare and deliver teaching materials such as lectures, tutorials, labs, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide timely feedback, grading, and academic support to students.
• Report course and student progress statistics for strategic decision‑making.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate projects and theses.
• Uphold professional conduct and contribute to departmental service duties.

Required profile

• Relevant industry and/or academic experience in one or more computing or data‑science domains.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and engage students at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Commitment to academic excellence, research, and continuous improvement.
