Lecturer – Passenger Services (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

The role involves delivering lectures and facilitating learning for students pursuing passenger services and transport studies. You will help identify and nurture students' potential while supporting their lifelong learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum content and conduct classroom sessions for passenger services modules.
• Lead industry or consultancy projects to stay current with sector developments.
• Maintain strong linkages with transport industry partners and schools.
• Participate in regular industry attachments to refresh professional skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the air, sea, land transport sector or tourism services, preferably in ground handling operations.
• Strong industry connections in related fields are an advantage.
• Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using Generative AI tools.
• Proficiency with data analytics software.
• Knowledge of design thinking and customer experience design methodologies.
