Lecturer / Senior Lecturer – Integrated Digital Delivery & AI

About the role

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking a dynamic Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to develop and deliver training programmes on Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Singapore’s built environment sector. The role involves designing curricula, creating assessment tools, and ensuring that learning outcomes align with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and design training programmes covering IDD methodologies and emerging AI technologies.
• Develop curriculum, assessment methods, and course materials for diverse learning formats.
• Coordinate and oversee effective course delivery, both in‑person and virtual.
• Participate in regular curriculum reviews to keep content current with best practices and technological advances.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry bodies, and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Built Environment‑related discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience in the built environment sector with proven IDD adoption.
• Hands‑on experience with AI platforms, data‑science tools, or automation projects.
• Independent, proactive, and strong self‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced certification in Learning and Performance or an equivalent recognised credential.
