About the role
This is a mid‑level in‑house legal position focused on construction matters. The role is ideal for a lawyer seeking to transition into an internal legal team or to broaden their impact within the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate construction‑related contracts as part of corporate transactions.
- Provide legal advice on potential liabilities, dispute risks and compliance for large projects and tenders.
- Support the business in managing construction disputes and infrastructure‑related legal issues.
Required profile
- LLB degree and qualification to the Singapore Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience (5PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in construction or infrastructure law, preferably with a background in dispute resolution.
