Legal Counsel

About the role

Dynamite Games is seeking a Legal Counsel to establish and lead the legal function across its multi‑entity group. Based in Singapore (or Kuala Lumpur) the role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with heads of department to support the fast‑moving, internationally regulated gaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regulatory licensing, renewals and compliance across target markets, monitoring changes and advising on market entry.
• Advise on corporate structure, governance, M&A and restructuring for the group’s entities.
• Draft, review and negotiate B2B licensing, marketing, vendor and third‑party agreements.
• Develop and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio and ensure data‑protection compliance.
• Establish group‑wide compliance frameworks, manage disputes, litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Provide legal support on employment matters, policies and sensitive personnel issues.
• Build legal processes, templates and playbooks; conduct internal training and manage outside counsel relationships.
• Support ad‑hoc projects as the business expands.

Required profile

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• Qualified lawyer in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Experience handling corporate, regulatory, commercial and IP matters in a multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work proactively to minimise legal risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
