Litigation Associate – Commercial Litigation (3-7 PQE)

About the role

We are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join an independent dispute resolution boutique in Singapore. The role involves handling high‑value civil and commercial disputes as well as advisory work in technology, IP and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage complex commercial dispute files, draft pleadings, affidavits and appellate briefs.
• Appear before the State and High Courts for interlocutory applications and act as second‑chair in major trials or arbitrations.
• Handle shareholder/JV conflicts, breach of fiduciary duties, cross‑border contract claims and civil fraud/asset recovery matters.
• Provide non‑contentious legal support on tech‑related advisory, IP protection and digital asset frameworks.

Required profile

• 3–7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with strong training from a reputable Singapore firm or elite disputes practice.
• Deep working knowledge of Singapore civil procedure and trial preparation.
• Meticulous, analytically sharp and able to manage client relationships directly.
• Ability to provide professional references upon request.
