About the role
We are seeking a Live Commerce Specialist to manage and grow live commerce initiatives across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, collaborating closely with clients and external live‑commerce agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, aligning commercial goals, promotions, pricing and live‑commerce plans.
- Co‑plan and coordinate live‑commerce campaigns with outsourced agencies, managing calendars and deliverables.
- Monitor, analyze and optimise live‑commerce KPIs, providing performance updates and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, agencies and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a media, digital or live‑commerce focused environment.
- Background in account management or client servicing.
- Understanding of e‑commerce operations and live‑commerce mechanics.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee and Lazada platforms.
- Comfortable working with data and performance reports.
