Logistics Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Clerk to support our global freight operations. The role combines market analysis, risk monitoring and data management to ensure smooth delivery processes across air and sea channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of global air/sea freight capacity, rate fluctuations, and industry policy trends.
• Identify and report logistics delivery risks on a monthly basis.
• Monitor changes in logistics regulations and IATA standards, updating internal procedures accordingly.
• Compile and analyse departmental QCDS data each month and daily POD signing anomalies.
• Inspect and flag shipment card anomalies for business units on a daily basis.
• Organise meetings, manage schedules and produce meeting minutes.
• Review, compile and archive QBR/MBR materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, E‑commerce, International Trade or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive, strong cross‑departmental communication, customer‑centric and results‑oriented.
• At least one year of experience in logistics, delivery or 3C industry supply chain, with knowledge of import/export processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of international freight terms such as FOB, FCA, DDP, DAP, DDU.
• Familiarity with international settlement tools, including Letters of Credit (LC).
• Basic knowledge of Transport Management System (TMS) architecture.
• Experience with change management and quality operations processes.
