Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join JINHONG GAS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island. In this junior‑executive position you will ensure the smooth movement, storage and delivery of goods, supporting our supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments by arranging schedules, vehicles, drivers and routes.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status and communicate updates to customers or internal teams.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules, quantities, delays and requirements.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate receiving, picking, packing, loading and dispatching.
• Monitor inventory movement, assist with stock checks and reconciliation.
• Resolve delivery issues including delays, damaged or missing items.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, inventory and delivery status in company systems.
• Arrange transport providers and drivers to meet scheduled deliveries.
• Control transportation costs and identify efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Junior executive level with interest in logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
