Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage inbound and outbound logistics, support warehouse operations, and ensure compliance with quality and customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day inbound and outbound logistics activities in partnership with outsourced logistics providers, including receiving goods, manual material movement, box stacking, packing, and inventory counts.
• Execute SAP inventory management transactions such as goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers.
• Align operational processes with outsourced logistics providers and internal teams, identifying improvement opportunities to boost service levels and reduce costs.
• Support compliance with quality standards, QMS procedures, and customs regulations for import/export documentation.
• Perform inventory duties including MRB, cycle counts, reporting, and audit data preparation.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of logistics experience with a solid understanding of warehouse and shop‑floor operations.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established business processes and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and work in noisy environments.

Required skills

• Basic SAP skills, particularly in Inventory Management and Goods Movement transactions.
• Proficiency in using SAP for goods receipt, issue, and stock transfers.
