About the role
We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our import and export operations across Singapore. The role involves preparing logistics documentation, managing shipment bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and transport partners. You will also address enquiries, resolve complaints, and handle ad‑hoc operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Handle import and export permit declaration.
- Prepare simple logistics documents.
- Attend to email enquiries and phone calls.
- Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange local shipment delivery.
- Book air and sea shipments with freight forwarders.
- Handle customer complaints and conduct investigations when needed.
- Perform ad‑hoc operational tasks upon request.
Required profile
- ‘O’ level & above with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain (no experience required).
- Training provided.
