Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will act as a key liaison between customers and the operations team, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment activities. This role supports both internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment related activities.
• Provide information and feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers.
• Verify vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters.
• Ensure accuracy and timely update of system transactions.

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressured team environment.
