Logistics Manager

About the role

Cypress Logistics is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain process across Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring goods are transported and distributed safely, on time, and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehouse storage, and inventory levels.
• Negotiate contracts, shipping rates, and service agreements with suppliers and freight carriers to minimise costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and resolve supply‑chain bottlenecks.
• Supervise, train, and manage logistics staff to achieve performance targets.
• Analyse logistics KPIs such as delivery times and inventory accuracy to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards for transportation and safety.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and customer‑service teams to guarantee accurate, timely, and damage‑free deliveries.

Required profile

• Professional level experience in logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Full‑time availability.
