Logistics Specialist – International Shipping

About the role

We are a fast‑growing luxury retail and e‑commerce company operating across Asia. We seek a reliable, detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to manage daily shipping operations and ensure timely, compliant international deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international air and sea shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, couriers, customs agents and internal teams.
• Track shipments proactively, resolve delays and operational issues, and support regional and global order shipping.
• Work with logistics partners to obtain competitive rates, book shipments, and monitor performance for cost optimisation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, customs declarations) and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Assist with handling and documentation of regulated or sensitive products, including dangerous goods where applicable.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping coordination or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, FMCG or cosmetics is a plus.
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of dangerous‑goods handling regulations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with shipment tracking systems.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
