Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead the daily logistics and supply‑chain activities for RMJ SAFETY PTE. LTD. based in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow, timely deliveries and cost‑effective operations across warehousing, transportation and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal departments to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement cost‑saving strategies.
• Supervise warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Develop and improve logistics processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Resolve shipping, delivery and operational issues promptly.
• Lead, train and evaluate logistics staff performance.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse logistics data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Middle‑management experience in logistics, supply‑chain or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, transportation and distribution functions.
• Strong analytical skills for cost monitoring and process optimisation.
• Excellent coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in training and evaluating logistics teams.
