Logistics Supervisor – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor oversees all warehouse and cold‑chain activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling of goods. You will lead a team, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, deliveries, asset management and documentation.
• Monitor performance, quality, safety and storage utilisation.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, risk assessments and incident management.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and analyse business requirements.
• Manage workplace safety & health compliance, including WSH risk assessments.
• Adopt technology tools to enhance team productivity.
• Plan and coordinate logistics services to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve escalated customer and warehouse quality issues.
• Oversee warehouse security, layout planning and handling of dangerous or temperature‑sensitive cargo.
• Conduct induction training and lead a rotating‑shift team.
