Logistics Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Toll Group is looking for a Logistics Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of its warehouse. You will receive, check, pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery, keeping inventory accurate and the warehouse clean and organised. The company states that candidates who do not meet every requirement but have similar skills and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, product condition and accuracy.
• Receive, unload and store goods in the designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare goods and documentation for delivery and dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled and secured to prevent damage.
• Conduct basic stock checks and inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe, and assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Entitlement to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical.
• Similar skills and willingness to learn, even if past experience does not match perfectly.
