Lounge Ambassador

About the role

As a Lounge Ambassador you will be the face of Cathay Pacific’s premium lounges, delivering a memorable experience for Business Class and high‑value customers. You will work closely with the Lounge Supervisor and team to ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand values of Thoughtful, Progressive, and Can‑do Spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lounge Supervisor in managing the lounge team and daily operations.
• Greet and engage guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, stock service counters, and ensure seating areas are comfortable.
• Monitor lounge environment, including dining areas and restrooms, to uphold health, safety and food‑safety standards.
• Assist with VIP tours, events and stakeholder visits as required.
• Collect and consolidate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilise digital tools to personalize the guest experience and record operational inputs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for aviation hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of airline operations and hospitality best practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health, safety and food‑safety regulations.
