About the role

The Butler is the face of the iconic Butler program at St. Regis Singapore, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to discerning guests throughout their stay. This full‑time, on‑site position blends hospitality expertise with proactive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests from pre‑arrival to departure.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure all supporting departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and act promptly.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance, and effective communication.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong passion for service, uncompromising standards, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light‑weight manual tasks.
