Maintenance Manager

About the role

Beyonics is seeking a strong Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability, technical troubleshooting and maintenance excellence at its Singapore manufacturing site. You will be responsible for ensuring high equipment uptime, fast problem resolution and strict preventive‑maintenance discipline in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team supporting production equipment, injection moulding machines, automation systems, auxiliaries and plant support equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tooling, Automation and Engineering to stabilise operations and improve overall plant performance.
• Develop and enforce preventive‑maintenance and contamination‑control programmes.
• Oversee troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facilities Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities or engineering operations, preferably in manufacturing, medical‑device, precision‑engineering, electronics or other regulated industries.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role managing technicians, contractors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven experience in production equipment maintenance, utilities management and facility compliance.

Required skills
