Mall Security Officer – Night Shift (Upper Thomson)

About the role

Reachfield Security, a Grade A agency, is seeking a Night Shift Security Officer for a mall in Upper Thomson, Singapore. The role involves safeguarding premises during a 12‑hour fixed night shift and providing a safe environment for visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Issue visitor and contractor passes and manage clock‑in/out records.
• Patrol the mall premises, monitor access points and respond to incidents.
• Protect client property through effective access control and surveillance.
• Maintain a visible presence in a commercial environment such as malls, factories, or warehouses.

Required profile

• Good customer service skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels.
• PC literate and able to use basic computer systems.
• Valid security licence and completion of the four mandatory WSQ modules for PWM‑SO.
• Willingness to work a fixed 12‑hour night shift.
