Management Intern (Jan - Jun 2027)

About the role

Tan Tock Seng Hospital offers a six-month Management Internship Programme (January to June 2027) for undergraduate students who want a head start in a healthcare career. Interns are attached to a hospital department and expected to drive meaningful projects, with a structured modular programme including learning platforms, coaching and engagement with hospital leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects across divisions involved in Hospital Operations, Strategic Planning & Corporate Services, and Transformation & Innovation
• Gain healthcare experience, hospital management and community health knowledge, multi-disciplinary engagement and healthcare project management skills
• Take part in a modular programme with learning platforms, coaching and engagement with hospital leaders

Required profile

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in one of the universities
• Credit-bearing and non-credit-bearing students are both welcome
