• Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR to gain comprehensive business exposure.
• Participate in customer service initiatives to enhance client relationships and gather feedback.
• Identify organisational challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Work closely with senior management and mentors for career development and leadership guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
