Manager, Account Management – Future Talent Pipeline

About the role

We are building a future talent pipeline for our SMB team in Singapore. As Manager, Account Management you will drive growth for foodpanda’s small‑to‑medium business portfolio through operational and marketing excellence, reporting to the Lead, Account Management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, reporting and invoicing resolutions to support partner operations.
• Deepen relationships with SMB partners using foodpanda’s proprietary learning tools.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to launch and scale marketing campaigns and educate partners on the marketing suite.
• Work with Operations to assess partner compliance and identify growth opportunities through best practices.
• Participate in ad‑hoc, high‑impact commercial projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a client‑facing role (restaurant, FMCG, tech, e‑commerce or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen sense of customer behaviour.
• Ability to own tasks, work with structure and discipline, and quickly learn proprietary software.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
