Manager, Admissions and Financial Aid (Outreach and Marketing)

About the role

The Manager, Outreach and Marketing supports the Singapore Institute of Technology's (SIT) student recruitment and enrolment goals through outreach, marketing and engagement initiatives that attract prospective students who fit the University. Reporting to the Head of Outreach and Marketing, the incumbent co-leads planning and delivery of local and international recruitment activities and also supports admissions and financial aid operations during the admissions cycle. Overseas travel is a key part of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run local and international recruitment and outreach plans, including Open House, learning journeys, education fairs, admissions talks and yield-enhancement initiatives
• Represent SIT at outreach events and build relationships with schools and educational institutions
• Plan and execute marketing and communications, coordinate content and work with creative, media and production partners
• Oversee content creation such as photography, videography and student stories
• Support admissions, financial aid and scholarship activities during peak periods, including application processing and applicant enquiries
• Manage outreach, recruitment and marketing projects, guide junior team members and take on special projects

Required profile

• A recognised degree from a reputable university
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in outreach, marketing and communications, events or a related field
• Experience developing recruitment, outreach or marketing initiatives, preferably in the education sector
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

• Good project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advantageous: experience with creative agencies, photography and videography, international or cross-cultural work, and proficiency in additional languages
