Manager, Digital Systems Deployment

About the role

The Manager, Digital Systems Deployment owns the deployment, adoption and operational support of Supply Chain digital platforms across APAC. The role is accountable for designing and deploying an instruments tagging process that gives full visibility and tracking of instruments, accelerating revenue recognition, reducing working capital and optimizing service levels. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, and leads training, onboarding, stakeholder reporting and software/hardware update deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and support of the Supply Chain digital tagging platform for APAC, drive adoption targets and service-level objectives, and manage rollout plans, budgets and pilots
• Define, track and report KPIs such as tagging %, pinging % and data accuracy, and present results to stakeholders and leadership
• Run discovery sessions with customers and internal teams to identify use cases for inventory optimization and platform expansion
• Integrate tagging technology into instrument manufacturing and ensure compatibility with ERP, inventory management and surgical asset tracking systems
• Work with the platform development team to scope, test and deploy feature releases and hardware updates
• Own onboarding, training materials and end-user engagement, run training sessions and drive change management
• Maintain data integrity, investigate root causes of data issues and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality requirements (MDR, UDI compliance)
• Manage projects, change and stakeholders in a matrixed environment, and quantify cost, efficiency and effectiveness improvements
• Provide backup support for the platform and data lead, attend daily and weekly platform meetings, and support other digital platform initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-8 years of experience in medical supply chain, digital platform deployment or related operations
• Demonstrated project and change management experience in a matrixed organization (PMP or Prosci is a plus)
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence without direct authority
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with problem-solving and risk mitigation mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Self-starter able to prioritize in ambiguous settings and manage multiple deployments

Required skills

• Experience with UDI, RFID, serialization or asset tracking technologies
• Excel and BI tools; advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic macros) and data import workflows preferred
• ERP systems (SAP preferred); project management and flowcharting tools preferred
• Healthcare supply chain or medical device distribution experience, and ERP experience, are preferred
