Manager, Education Solutions & Communications

About the role

The National Institute of Education (NIE) seeks a dynamic Manager to lead its Education Solutions and Communications function within the Centre for Education Solutions and Engagement (ESE). This three‑year contract role will drive strategic partnerships, develop innovative pedagogical initiatives, and enhance NIE’s visibility across industry, government and academic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and launch pedagogical initiatives that strengthen collaborations with industry tech giants, the Ministry of Education, schools and leading educational institutions.
• Conduct regular environmental scans to identify opportunities for education‑technology collaborations and support joint projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end partnership development for educational technology, from initial discussions to execution.
• Organise roundtables, hackathons, symposiums, webinars and other events that showcase innovation in education technology.
• Curate high‑quality content for websites and newsletters to highlight successful collaborations.
• Monitor progress of engagement initiatives, collect data and evaluate impact.
• Maintain a comprehensive external stakeholder database and implement feedback loops to refine collaborative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and managing education‑industry partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to conceptualise and implement innovative pedagogical initiatives.
• Experience in organising large‑scale events such as symposiums and hackathons.
• Data‑driven mindset for monitoring and evaluating programme impact.
