Manager - Information Security

About the role

The Information Security Manager will lead the expansion and maturity of Disney Entertainment's security services across multiple regions, including South East Asia, Australia and India. This role partners with global technology and business teams to protect Disney's information systems and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the growth and maturity of Disney Entertainment Information Security Office services and programs in the assigned countries.
• Establish and maintain security baselines and continuous monitoring for business‑critical products.
• Conduct pervasive risk monitoring, reporting and mitigation across third‑party services, internal applications, new product deployments and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with security architecture, product security and content protection teams to ensure alignment with Disney Information Security policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing information security programs at a global or regional level.
• Strong ability to assess risk and control design for third‑party services, applications and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated partnership skills with technology, product and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Disney’s security policies and standards.
