Manager, Marketing & Communications

About the role

NVPC is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing & Communications Manager to shape the narrative of corporate purpose, ESG and sustainability in Singapore. You will design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, integrated communications plans and purpose‑driven campaigns that inspire companies to join the profit‑with‑purpose movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing communications strategies to raise awareness, drive conversion and foster advocacy for the Company of Good programme.
• Provide strategic marketing counsel to internal units and support corporate volunteerism initiatives.
• Engage corporate stakeholders and media partners to create and launch impact‑focused campaigns.
• Create and manage editorial, social media and video content, and oversee publicity for programmes and events.
• Drive SEO initiatives, increase organic website traffic and monitor analytics performance.
• Manage media planning, liaise with publishers, content creators and agencies for asset production.
• Produce thought‑leadership pieces and build a library of corporate case studies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably within the nonprofit or corporate purpose sector.
• Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and translate impact stories into engaging campaigns.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable partnering with internal teams, corporate clients and external media vendors.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on testing, measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
