About the role
The Manager – Personal Financial Services (PFS) & Personal Banker will drive client acquisition and deepen relationships for HL Bank Singapore, delivering tailored banking solutions while meeting growth and profitability targets. The role involves end‑to‑end onboarding, portfolio management and close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure compliant, high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Actively prospect and onboard new clients.
- Manage existing client relationships and enhance portfolio profitability.
- Achieve financial targets by building and strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Handle end‑to‑end account opening and KYC documentation in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Digitally inclined and customer‑centric professional.
- Thrives in a technology‑focused environment using AI‑enhanced tools and next‑generation platforms.
