Manager - Private Bank (Client Services)

About the role

Join HL Bank Singapore as a Manager in Private Bank Client Services, supporting the wealth management team with end‑to‑end transaction administration and client onboarding. You will act as a key liaison between clients, relationship managers and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of private banking activities.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and complete account opening documentation, following up on any missing items and coordinating with clients.
• Manage order processing and execution of equity, FX, bond and investment product transactions efficiently.
• Liaise proactively with back‑office, compliance and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information to Relationship Managers and Product Specialists to facilitate client transactions and relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance and regulatory guidelines, minimizing operational errors.
• Collaborate with the manager to maintain team compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
