Manager, Service Operations & Logistics

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Manager, Service Operations & Logistics in Singapore. The role covers two main areas: service operations for spare parts and service contracts, and logistics for inbound and outbound distribution of finished goods and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Service operations: lead the end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and service contracts, govern contract lifecycle management and CRM booking after customer purchase orders, act as escalation point for customer issues and disputes, and ensure data governance across customer, contract and transactional databases.
• Service operations: oversee billing (invoices and credit notes), partner with HQ Logistics to optimize order fulfillment for distributors and customers, review weekly and monthly performance reports, and champion continuous improvement, automation and process standardization.
• Logistics: oversee inbound and outbound logistics, distribution, transportation and delivery of finished goods, and manage goods receiving with international manufacturing sites, distribution centers and freight providers.
• Logistics: coordinate parts planning across SEA with HQ planning teams, monitor and evaluate 3PL/4PL providers, resolve delivery issues and communicate parts availability, and develop regional logistics strategies for finished goods and spare parts.
• Logistics: drive cost control, minimize parts-related expenses and reduce waste, and ensure compliance with regional customs clearance requirements across SEA (including India and Australia).

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, logistics and supply chain management or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented approach, excellent communication skills at all levels, proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
