Manager, Strategic Platforms

About the role

The Manager, Strategic Platforms will lead the design, delivery and evolution of Singapore Business Federation’s flagship platforms that bring together senior business leaders, policymakers and ecosystem partners. This role supports high‑impact events and new strategic initiatives that advance Singapore’s business agenda regionally and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and manage SBF’s signature events, including international summits, forums, bilateral dialogues and ministerial roundtables.
• Drive event execution and marketing, coordinating with government agencies, speakers, professional conference organisers, PR & marketing agencies, venues and service providers.
• Prepare operational, manpower and budget plans; develop marketing materials and registration processes.
• Analyse participant data, track event KPIs and produce post‑event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships & Platforms Division to strengthen existing collaborations and forge new partnerships.
• Contribute to organisation‑wide strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects that support SBF’s broader mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale events or strategic platforms, preferably in a business or government context.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, policymakers and industry partners.
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
