Manager Tax - Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing

About the role

A global management consulting firm is recruiting a Manager Tax in Singapore to lead its regional tax practice, which specialises in corporate tax and transfer pricing. The role delivers strategic tax advisory services to multinational clients across APAC, with a start date of 15 September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex cross-border tax engagements and provide international tax structuring advice
• Develop transfer pricing strategies aligned with BEPS 2.0 and regional tax regulations across APAC
• Manage client relationships and lead technical teams while ensuring compliance with local and international standards
• Lead advisory work in corporate tax planning, cross-border restructurings, M&A tax due diligence and international tax compliance
• Formulate, review and implement transfer pricing policies, benchmark studies, valuation analyses and defence files (Master File, Local File, CbCR)
• Act as primary trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and tax directors
• Navigate complex tax audits, advance pricing agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAP)
• Manage, coach and mentor senior associates and consultants

Required profile

• 6-9+ years of experience in Corporate Tax and/or Transfer Pricing within a Big 4, top-tier consulting firm or multinational corporation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related discipline
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, SCTP or admission to the bar are strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing project deliverables independently

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of local tax laws, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS Pillar 1 & 2 and regional APAC tax regimes
• Outstanding analytical, commercial and client-facing communication skills
• Hybrid working environment with on-site presence required
