Manager, Visual Merchandising

About the role

Tory Burch, an American luxury lifestyle brand, is looking for a Manager, Visual Merchandising in Singapore. The role supports the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising, ROA & Japan in planning and executing visual initiatives for the SEA, Korea and AUS regions. It acts as a key liaison between retail stores, internal departments and external partners, creating store environments that promote the brand, showcase merchandise and deliver an engaging customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate, adapt and implement visual guidelines, including window presentations and in-store displays, and liaise with the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising, ROA & Japan
• Cascade VM guidelines, plans and strategies to VM teams, operational teams and store managers across direct retail, wholesale and travel retail channels
• Support planning, execution and follow-up of rollouts and initiatives, with frequent travel and onsite coaching, training and feedback
• Manage photo reviews, weekly touch-points with in-store VM leads and store management, and coordinate orders and logistics for prop fixtures and visual elements
• Train and onboard Visual Merchandising staff, develop training tools and run training sessions and workshops
• Help update and localise Global Visual Standards, resolve store-specific merchandising adaptations, and support new store openings and events

Required profile

• At least 5 years of visual merchandising, installation and store operations experience with a luxury goods retailer
• Strong organisational and management skills, able to multi-task and work independently on projects with tight deadlines
• Fluent English; proficiency in other Asian languages such as Korean is a plus
• Willingness to work outside standard retail hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Required skills

• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency preferred
