Manager/Senior Manager – Course Approval (Planning)

About the role

The Manager/Senior Manager, Course Approval (Planning) works within the Quality Management Division to ensure that courses accredited in the Training Grant System meet high quality and compliance standards. Reporting to the Team Lead, the role supports the broader mission of SkillsFuture Singapore to build a robust Continuing Education and Training ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities across the Quality Management Division and external policy and system teams.
• Support divisional monitoring and reporting of key risk indicators and business continuity metrics.
• Conduct course accreditation, perform quality checks against adult learning principles and SSG funding requirements, and manage escalated enquiries and appeals.
• Assist with system testing and implement enhancements to the Training Grant System to improve processes.
• Contribute to divisional and organisational projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Continuing Education and Training.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in course quality management, courseware design or delivery are welcome.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience or appreciation of adult education in Singapore is preferred.
• Preferred qualifications: WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
• Good analytical skills to investigate complaints, feedback and whistleblowing cases.
