Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, verify and optimise CNC programs for Swiss‑type components and support mass‑production operations at our Loyang facility.

Key responsibilities

• Create, verify and optimise Esprit and Camworks programs for Swiss‑type components.
• Set up machines, tune parameters and conduct first‑article inspections.
• Participate in Design‑for‑Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and advise on design optimisation for cost, yield and manufacturability.
• Maintain product BOMs and manufacturing routings in the Business Center (BC) ERP system.
• Resolve production issues such as dimension drift, surface finish, tool wear and cycle‑time variations.
• Support FMEA, control‑plan updates and statistical process control (SPC) monitoring.
• Maintain process records, FAIRs and SOPs while supporting new‑product introduction and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Advanced Machining/Milling Technology diploma acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with Swiss‑type CNC auto‑lathe programming and mass‑production processes.
• Familiarity with common engineering materials and cutting tools.
• Self‑motivated, proactive team player willing to work on the shop‑floor and support shift work.
