Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead a team of line leaders and operators in a high‑tech silicon wafer fab. The role focuses on meeting daily production targets while ensuring quality, productivity and safety standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to achieve daily output, quality, productivity and yield goals.
• Conduct daily pass‑down meetings and promptly escalate line issues.
• Plan manpower, overtime and consumables requirements.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to leaders and operators to improve performance.
• Implement improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping on the production line.
• Coordinate with other departments for projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Production or IT.
• Experience in a high‑tech, high‑volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work permanent 12‑hour shifts (day or night).
