Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies in a semiconductor environment. You will collaborate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products while applying lean, automation and continuous‑improvement principles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences and processes for parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products.
• Apply DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results and perform root‑cause analysis, including PFMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of related experience.
• Strong conceptual knowledge and technical problem‑solving ability.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
