Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences and processes for fabricating parts, components and assemblies. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to release product improvements, reduce manufacturing costs and improve product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑work with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to meet daily move, output, cycle‑time and line‑yield targets through lot dispatch priorities, tool setup allocation and tool PM scheduling.
• Participate in daily engineering meetings, highlighting key focus areas to support fab performance.
• Collaborate daily with manufacturing production control and engineering on tool‑time requests.
• Drive continuous DL productivity improvement, 5S, safety and quality compliance across relevant manufacturing teams.
• Ensure adequate supply of control wafers to meet daily tool requirements.
• Lead and participate in continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem‑solving.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information.
