Manufacturing Engineer – Singapore

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies. You will collaborate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products while focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain fabrication methods, operation sequences and processes for parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate with engineering functions to release product improvements and new products.
• Launch, release, approve and implement engineering change requests supporting design and operations.
• Apply engineering and DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality and determine time standards.
• Write and release test procedures, gather and evaluate operational and test data.
• Assess work methods, procedures and policies and perform root‑cause analysis for assembly or test issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering theories, practices and procedures.
• Ability to work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
