Manufacturing Manager

About the role

PepsiCo’s Concentrate team in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its concentrate plant. Reporting to the Plant Director, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, service and efficiency across more than 1,200 product recipes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Singapore concentrate manufacturing environment strategically and tactically.
• Champion health and safety standards and ensure compliance with the site safety system.
• Deliver the annual Manufacturing AOP, meeting MOH, CPWU, quality and service KPI targets.
• Control the operations budget and achieve or exceed financial targets.
• Partner with Quality to maintain product quality, handle customer complaints and pass food‑safety audits.
• Drive productivity initiatives and deliver annual savings targets.
• Collaborate with People functions on talent development, operating excellence and culture initiatives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to manufacturing supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong focus on health, safety and quality compliance.
• Track record of budget management and achieving operational KPIs.
• Experience driving productivity and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Ability to develop talent and foster an inclusive, high‑engagement culture.
