Manufacturing Operations Project Manager

About the role

This role drives a broad range of complex supply chain processes for large, complex global business units and oversees and optimizes operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and profitability. It works closely with department heads, executives and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve strategic goals. The position is full-time in Singapore with no shift premium.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex supply chain processes, including import/export operations, for large global business units.
• Independently execute complex demand and supply matching, linking planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact.
• Lead cross-functional global business unit planning teams to maintain and improve business processes.
• Define, measure and leverage KPIs to drive continuous improvement and turn recommendations into new business plans.
• Contribute to priority projects with creative insights and recommendations.
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to planning teams and align efforts with global goals through reporting and tracking.
• Facilitate and manage internal team and leadership meetings to drive operation plans.
• Evaluate, update and improve business processes to stay compliant with regulations and client guidelines.
• Mentor and coach junior-level staff on professional development.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: PMP and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
