Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production cell at our Singapore facility. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting delivery expectations, and driving operational efficiency in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing technicians to achieve daily output targets and quality standards.
• Plan and manage part scheduling and material release, forecasting demand 3‑6 months ahead.
• Ensure TPM compliance to maximize machine uptime.
• Address operational issues, monitor safety, attendance, and discipline.
• Coach technicians, set job expectations, and evaluate performance.
• Provide analysis and presentations to leadership as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a precision‑engineering environment.
• Ability to work bi‑monthly rotating shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving, coaching, and communication skills.
