Manufacturing Technician

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician will support production targets by setting up, operating, and cleaning manufacturing and packaging equipment in strict compliance with cGMP standards and SOPs. You will work on the shop floor to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP and quality standards for equipment and process areas.
• Ensure daily output and quality meet production schedules and supply plans.
• Assist with setup, batch conversions, operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Operate equipment according to SOPs under controlled conditions.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians for preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Update and maintain records and documentation for machinery and processes.
• Train staff on correct operation and cleaning methods.
• Participate in investigations of failures or non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Apply good housekeeping and 5S principles in the work area.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, machine setup, operation, or maintenance.
• Self‑starter with strong commitment to equipment reliability.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot process issues and solve technical problems.
