Manufacturing Technician

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment that powers modern semiconductors and advanced displays.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering specifications to assemble, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot faults, replace defective parts and conduct audits to ensure parts availability.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assembly performance and document results.
• Enter progress, expense and labor data into computer systems and may perform basic computer programming or software installation.

Required skills

• Electro‑mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
• Reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists
• Operation of electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps
• Basic computer programming and software installation
• Data entry and documentation of test results
