Manufacturing Technician

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment that powers today’s semiconductor and advanced‑display technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies using schematics, wiring diagrams and work orders.
• Perform troubleshooting, audits of parts, and inspections for defects to ensure quality and availability of components.
• Utilise test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to validate assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Document progress, labor details and test results on computer terminals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and familiarity with scientific methods for problem solving.
• Good understanding of team integration and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging technical information.
