Market & Customer Insights Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Market & Customer Insights Specialist to independently design, plan and execute research initiatives that drive actionable insights for our banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute surveys, in‑depth interviews, focus groups and workshops.
• Triangulate primary research with internal data, external market research and secondary sources.
• Analyse findings, craft story‑driven reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor product changes and regularly report on market trends.
• Track customer sentiment, manage NPS and Brand Health metrics and recommend improvements.
• Conduct ad‑hoc research, concept testing and validate new product ideas, campaigns or features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer research, customer experience, banking, FinTech, research or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
